Here’s an update on our Community Service activities and donations made during June, July, and August 2015.

CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Payroll deductions $6,902.50
  • Company match $6,902.50

DONATIONS

  • $6,000 to The Thirst Project – donation (and match from American Structurepoint) for new well; location TBD. This will be our company’s fourth well.
  • $5,000 to Dream Alive – Q3 commitment, third of four for 2015
  • $5.000 to Thrive 360 – for the Million Meals Marathon event in late October 2015 packaging food for the hungry. We need 50 volunteers!
  • $1,000 to Allstate 2015 Community Resurrection Volunteer Project – playground for the community of Martindale-Brightwood on the campus of the Edna Martin Christian Center
  • $500 to Fuller Center for Housing of Central Indiana – donation & volunteer hours for 2015 Build Project; also provided volunteer labor
  • $500 to Catholic Relief Services – donation to provide relief for Nepal Earthquake victims
  • $500 to Open Doors of Westfield – Chili Cookoff contest winner’s choice of food pantry to receive our donation
  • $500 to Chiara Home – providing care and support for families caring for someone with special needs
  • $500 to Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County – offsetting the cost of meals on our delivery route
  • $500 to Northwest High School’s Clothing & Food Pantry – start-up funds
  • $500 to Furniture Bank of Central Ohio – providing free furniture to central Ohio families and individuals struggling with poverty and other severe life challenges
  • $250 to Serving Sista’s – providing home-cooked meals to families staying at the Indianapolis Ronald McDonald House

  • Contributions: $34,654.81
  • Expenditures to Date: $31,150.27
  • Current Balance: $ 3,501.44 (does not include projected payroll deductions & match through EOY 2015)

ALLOCATED FOR FUTURE

  • $1,000 in Q3 2015 for Austin-area flood relief
  • $500 in October 2015 for Mid-Ohio Food Bank of Ohio
  • $250 in Q4 2015 for Northwest High School’s Clothing & Food Pantry, additional funding
  • $1,500 in Q1 2016 for Lake Area United Way Canstruction event, date TBD 2016 Q2
  • $500 in Q2 2016 for Veterans Memorial at Griffith Park in Terre Haute
