American Structurepoint Picks Up Two Concrete Awards
West Jackson Street Bridge 513, Muncie, Indiana, won a 2013 American Concrete Institute, Indiana Chapter (ICACI) Outstanding Achievements in Concrete Award in the category of Transportation 1. In addition, the Green Screen Parking Garage project, Columbus, Indiana, was recognized with a 2013 ICACI Outstanding Achievements in Concrete Award in the category of Transportation 2. The project teams and clients who participated were honored at the annual awards banquet on April 10 at the Marriott North in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Green Screen Parking Structure Wins PTI Award
The Green Screen Parking Structure project has won a 2013 Award of Merit in the Parking Structure Category from the Post-Tensioning Institute.

ORB East End Crossing Named No. 1 Top Project Start in the Midwest
ENR Midwest has named the Ohio River Bridges East End Crossing project the No. 1 among the Top Starts in the Midwest for 2012. American Structurepoint is the subconsultant to the lead design firm, Jacobs, on this project, which is headed by prime contractor and developer team Walsh Construction and VINCI Concessions. East End Crossing was procured by the Indiana Finance Authority and the Indiana Department of Transportation as a best value design-build-finance-operate-maintain project.
MOT-75 Recognized by FCC-OSPE
The I-75 Urban Freeway Widening, Phase 1B (“MOT-75”) project in Dayton, Ohio, has been awarded an Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award by the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers’ Franklin County Chapter. American Structurepoint will be recognized for this winning project at the annual FCC-OSPE Installation/Awards banquet on Tuesday, May 21, at the Scioto Country Club in Columbus, Ohio.
